Hourly Rates Or Contingency Fees

My hourly rates differ depending on whether you are an attorney and the jurisdiction where the work is needed. Rest assured, however, that my rates are significantly lower than for a typical attorney of my education and experience.

Attorneys are entitled to charge my time as their own, and at their own standard rate. For attorneys who prefer to split a contingency fee rather than pay by the hour, I am happy to do so provided that the ethical rules are observed and written consent is obtained from the client.
