It’s been a while since I’ve posted, which is due in large part to my having written an article concerning premises liability for the February issue of the Montana Lawyer. I invite Montana attorneys to read the article here. There are tricky questions of whether and under what circumstances a landlord may be held liable for injuries sustained on leased premises, and the article dispels some of the confusion.
